Trip to Melbourne!

On 26th of December we started our trip to Melbourne!

Luckily our toddler didn't mind flying!

She finds it very interesting.

Colouring books are really popular!

When we arrived in Melbourne the weather was really cold, only +13! And it was Australian midsummer...

Melbourne

We rented a car. It's huge but it barely fitted our luggage and the pram.
We attended a lovely Christmas lunch!

The party had an Alice in Wonderland theme.

The view was magnificent and the wind was brutally cold.

Croquet was a colourful experience.

This was a miss

The hat was a hit!

The house was beautiful.
In the evening, we wondered to the laneways in search of food.

We chose this due to the heaters.

+13 degrees.

Melbourne's midsummer feels like Finnish midsummer, hey?

Next morning we headed to the playground and the famous market!

Queen Victoria Market.

Horses!

Trams!

City bikes!

Flagstaff gardens.

Equipment by Finnish Lappset!

Someone had forgotten their picnic.

Melbourne was much dirtier than Brisbane.

Heavy clouds, but no rain.

Family swinging session!

What happens in Melbourne after this? Find out in the next episode!

This one is harmless.

And hungry.
