Tribute to South Bank!

We moved back to Finland 3 weeks ago and are missing some things in Brisbane a lot. Here's a tribute to South Bank!

South Bank is the heart of Brisbane and one part of why Brisbane is such a great place to live in! We lived close to South Bank and visited often. All pools, parks and events were always free.

The main attraction is the city beach.

And kids' water play park!

The sand is washed regularly and the spot was always clean.

Lifesaver kids had lessons on the beach and in the water.

There were also free exercise classes. First some pilates...

... then some water zumba. "You! No pictures!!!"

After all the exercising it's good to have some treats!

On our last day in Brisbane, we went to say goodbye.

Cityhopper is small and cozy.

 

A new playground was opened recently.

 

The wheel is a favourite. Some take it easy.
